The check-in experience was fine - quick and easy, with checking vaccination status and IDs for security.
We were extremely disappointed that someone approved the sale of the seats we ended up in: Sec 212 on the farthest side toward backstage.
Often the performers were behind obstacles raised from the stage that completely hid them from direct line of sight.
Our seats were behind the secondary projection screens, making them completely unusable for us.
It was nice to be at the concert and share the experience with Chance The Rapper and ONCE.
These factors combined meant that we missed seeing a good portion of the show :'(
However, overall the organizers should not have sold seats with such poor "views."
